The Corporate Team
Penny leads the Chambers team, providing overall management for Chambers’ clinical services and support functions.
Her role also includes financial and contracts management.
Compliance & Governance Manager (Deputy GM)
Ann provides governance, compliance and resilience support to the Chambers team and to Kingston Practices. She also manages Kingston Education Centre, providing oversight of the service and student placements.
Ann also acts as Deputy General Manager.
Extended Hours Service Manager
Laura manages the Extended Hours Service, including scheduling GPs and receptionists, monitoring performance and feedback, and providing on-call support.
Diabetes Service Manager
Alix manages the Tier III Community Diabetes Service, providing operational management as well as undertaking regular audits to manage performance.
Chris provides project management support and technical expertise both internally and to Practices across Kingston to ensure that new IT initiatives are successfully implemented, the required IT equipment is procured.
Marguerite leads on recruitment and retention internally and provides support to Practices and PCNs, including running recruitment campaigns for internal and practice staff.
Training Hub Manager
Laura is responsible for identifying the training needs of both clinical and non-clinical staff across Kingston and developing plans to meet those needs. Laura is a Registered General Nurse with many years’ community and public health nursing experience, developing quality patient services and clinical governance.
Training Hub Clinical Lead
Julia identifies, organises and supports all post-graduate nurse education across Kingston and provides professional support to return to practice nurses
Natalie supports Laura in running the Extended Hours service. She also provides administrative support to the Dementia and Neurology services, including managing appointments and monitoring feedback.
KEC Supervisor and
Senior IT Administrator
Anne supports Chris in providing IT training and support, both in house and to practices.
She also leads performance data reporting.
Projects and Support Services Officer and KEC Supervisor
Nick leads on the day to day co-ordination of Kingston Education Centre.
He also provides support to the HR and Training Hub Managers.
Suzie leads on the inter-professional learning between student groups at KEC.
She also provides nursing sessions for students to observe.
Kayleigh assists Laura and Natalie with the Extended Hours service, including booking in patients and scheduling staff.
Liz provides administrative support to the Urology and Dermatology services, including managing appointments and monitoring feedback.
