Diabetes Service Manager

Alix manages the Tier III Community Diabetes Service, providing operational management as well as undertaking regular audits to manage performance.

Christine provides administrative support to the Diabetes Service, including managing appointments and monitoring feedback.

Mark is the Workforce Development Lead, working with the practices and PCNs to provide support with HR and workforce solutions.

Chloe is responsible for the day-to-day management and monitoring of the clinical services arm of Kingston GP Chambers.

Senior Administrator - GPwER

Natalie is the first point of contact for patients and external organisations, they provide support for our specialist clinics, minor illness and Kingston Education Centre.

Alice is the first point of contact for patients and external organisations, they provide support for our specialist clinics, minor illness and Kingston Education Centre.

Nick Cornish

Kingston Education Centre Manager

Nick manages Kingston Education Centre and is the contact point for our students. He also delivers bespoke resilience training to the students on placement as well as at universities.

Julia Jalilova

Nurse Assessor

Julia is the Clinical Assessor for undergraduate nurses on placement at KEC, and is our Infection Prevention and Control Lead. She also leads on Inter-Professional Learning at the Education Centre.

Saskia Desmond

Deputy Clinical Services Manager

Saskia supports the Clinical Services Manager in overseeing the clinical services arm of Kingston GP Chambers.

Pavol Weiss

Transformation and Innovation Project Manager

Pavol supports the delivery of information and technology services for GP systems and related primary care services. He is also the Change manager for Digital Transformation projects in Kingston.

Adam O'Donnell

Senior CQC Compliance Specialist

Adam supports GP practices across Kingston and Richmond by providing advice on governance and CQC compliance issues. He also helps practices prepare for CQC inspections including practice visits and mock inspections, as well as leading on governance and compliance issues for KGPC services.

CQC Compliance Specialist

Amar supports GP practices across Kingston and Richmond by providing advice on governance and CQC compliance issues. He also helps practices prepare for CQC inspections including practice visits and mock inspections, as well as supporting on governance and compliance issues for KGPC services.

Laura Jackson

Training Hub Manager

Laura is responsible for identifying the training needs of both clinical and non-clinical staff across Kingston and developing plans to meet those needs. Laura is a Registered General Nurse with many years’ community and public health nursing experience, developing quality patient services and clinical governance.

Anne leads supporting the education and professional development of practice nurses in Kingston.

Isaac Elliott

Support Services Apprentice

Isaac is an apprentice who provides administrative support to assist with the smooth operation of the education centre. He also provides reception and admin support across the Chambers' organisation.

Jeremy Suter

Business Transformation Manager

Jeremy is responsible for leading strategic change within KGPC to improve processes, systems and overall business performance.
His role includes identifying opportunities for operational improvements and ensuring the successful adoption of change across the wider organisation.
He is also responsible for all KGPC Estates Management.

IT Transformation & Innovation Assistant

Andy is an apprentice who provides administrative support to assist with the smooth operation of the IT and digital transformation projects.
