Our Team
Management Team
KGPC is managed by a team of 5 managers - some of whom are current Practice Managers for local practices and all are currently PCN Managers. Between them they provide a strategic leadership and operational support to ensure our member GP practices can deliver high-quality, sustainable primary care. They co-ordinate collaborative projects, manage shared services, oversee governance and compliance, and drive innovation across the federation. By working closely with clinicians, practice teams, and external partners, they help streamline processes, secure funding opportunities, and develop initiatives that improve patient care and strengthen resilience within local primary care networks.
