Recruitment and Retention

The R&R service is run by Mark Edusei-Mensah whose role is to assist practices and PCNs with talent attraction, talent selection and career development. This includes the support with writing and posting job adverts, management of job postings, shortlisting, interviewing and the on-boarding processes. In addition, the service can provide useful insights into current workplace trends through the use of surveys and exit interviews.


The team are also on hand to provide impartial HR guidance around key people management related topics.

In addition to our in-house service, Chambers also funds a retainer with Workforce Windows, a specialist HR service, for all member practices. As part of this service, Workforce Windows sends a monthly HR law update and offers a discount on their individual advice service.
