Recruitment and Retention Manager

Mark is our recruitment and retention manager, working with the practices and PCNs to provide support with recruitment and retention.

The R&R service assists practices and PCNs with talent attraction, talent selection and career development. This includes providing support with writing and posting job adverts, management of job postings, shortlisting, interviewing and conducting on-boarding processes. In addition, the R&R service are also on hand to provide useful insights into current workplace trends through the use of surveys and exit interviews.


As well as recruitment support, the service is also able to provide impartial HR guidance around key people management related topics.

In addition to our in-house service, Chambers also funds a retainer with Workforce Windows, a specialist HR service, for all member practices. As part of this service, Workforce Windows sends a monthly HR law update and offers a discount on their individual advice service.
