CQC Support Services
We provide GP practices with high-quality training and support that enables them to become (and remain) fully compliant with CQC’s regulatory requirements.
HR and Recruitment
As part of our role in providing support services, we deliver a 360 recruitment service to our member practices and PCNs across the borough. This includes aiding recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles from point of advert to the onboarding process.
As well as this, our recruitment team work collaboratively with our training hub and education centre to mentor, support and develop the existing primary care workforce as well as the workforce of tomorrow.
In addition, our team are also able to provide member practices and our PCNs with HR support throughout the employee life cycle.
IT Support Services
Our team provides support for Kingston GPs with IT elements. These include Digital First (Online Consultation, E-hubs, Patient Access Records and NHS App to mention a few).
